In this article, I would like to introduce the first bundle of 5 updates that are connected to the expansion of email campaigns‘ statistics and the completion of overviews that many of you have been asking for.

What is new on the statistics page?

1. We added a stripe with the total number of click-throughs to the „Overall overview“.

This is the sum of all the click-throughs that your recipients went through in your email. I would like to specify this value to explain how the calculation works exactly. If the email has 5 links and you send the email to 10 recipients and each one of them clicks on all the links once, the total number of click-throughs is going to be 50. If one of the recipients clicks on one of the links repeatedly, the total number will increase based on how many times they clicked.

2. We added more rows to the graph capturing the development of main statistics in time.

In the ‘‘Overall overview in time‘‘ you can find not only the development of open emails and click-throughs but also the development of sent, delivered and undelivered emails, development of the number of recipients that marked the email as SPAM and the development of recipients that signed off. The data rows (lines) can be shown and hidden by clicking on key (description) of the given row.

3. Clearer results in "Efficiency of email campaigns“.

In this part we sorted values in the ‘‘Addressed in total‘‘ column in descending order so that all the recipient groups, their campaign categories and their click-through rates with a percentual rate could be seen as quickly as possible. Zero values of click-throughs were hidden and the whole list is now dropdown. It always shows the first ten values. If you want to see the complete overview, you only have to click on the link ‘‘Show more‘‘ below statistics and the whole chart will appear. You can pack it back up by clicking ‘‘Show less‘‘. In the default state the whole list is shorter and clearer.

4. We added the list of recipients who didn´t open your email.

In the ‘‘Detailed overview of results‘‘ you can now also find a list of recipients who didn’t open your email. If you choose to send the email to recipients who didn’t open it again, you can open this list, add a tag to the recipients and send them a copy of your email. If you have the PREMIUM tariff, you can use automatizations for this and automatize the sending of this ‘‘reminder email‘‘.

5. We edited the statistics of campaigns with A / B testing.

We changed the colours of graphs for the ‘‘A‘‘ and ‘‘B‘‘ versions of the email.

We extended the graph in the result comparison section of ‘‘A‘‘ and ‘‘B‘‘ email versions so that the ‘‘Overall overview in time‘‘ has more rows, similarly like in the statistics of a simple email campaign. You can also find a new line for sent, delivered, undelivered emails and emails marked as SPAM or the number of signed off recipients. Even in this graph you can show or hide each row by clicking its key, meaning the description below the graph.
